- The Open-plan Kitchen/Living Room

The kitchen is fully fitted with modern white units.
There is a built-in electric oven and bottle gas powered hob with extractor hood
above. The sink is under the side window which overlooks the patio area.
There is a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and plenty of crockery and
cutlery, coffee maker and food processor. There is tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, herbs, spices, starter
toilet and kitchen rolls to start you off.
Kitchen/Dining Area
There is an under stairs cupboard where
you will find the iron, ironing board, high chair, vacuum cleaner, brushes etc.
The kitchen table seats four. There
is also a buffet unit, which has a mini hi-fi which plays cassettes and CD's.
The lounge area has a really comfy three-seater settee and an armchair,
DVD player, TV and Satellite.
There is also a bookcase filled with books, games and videos which you may use on your
stay with us. The pellet
burning fire is not available between mid May and end September.
There is no washing machine, but there
is an easy to use
launderette in the village which also does service washes. We provide your bed
linen and kitchen linen, but you will need your own towels for both personal and
pool use.
- King-sized Bedroom

The king-sized bed has been described as
"more comfortable than our own at home!" There is an open hanging
and shelving space, along with a large chest of drawers, bedside lockers with
table lamps and also a two seater settee.

- Twin Bedroom

The twin beds are about three feet wide
and have iron frames and comfortable mattresses. There is an open framed
hanging and shelving unit, two bedside lockers with table lamps and a chest of
drawers. This room is also fitted with black-out blinds which means you
will never know when morning comes - excellent for fooling the kids into giving
you a lie-in!
- Family Bathroom

Modern bathroom with bath, shower over, toilet and sink
The Bathroom has a full-sized bath with
a powerful shower over. There is a dual flush toilet and vanity unit with
sink, drawers and a cupboard and a large mirror.
Extremely difficult to get a good picture!
- Outside
-
3.5 x 7 metre heated private swimming pool,
play area and gardens. Outside we have lovely lawned gardens
with raised flower beds. There is parking for your car.
Here is the lightly shaded patio area
with barbeque, which is in the chimney recess of a
building that was demolished years ago.
Then of course there is the major
attraction - the swimming pool. The pool is for the sole use of our
guests and is open between10 am in the morning until 8 pm at night (between
end May & mid-September only). The pool is 3.5 m x 7 m and gently shelves from the roman
steps to 1.2 metres deep. So no diving, but plenty of room for fun.
This is surrounded by a large sun terrace which has four reclining sun beds.
We no longer have the fence, but a hard cover which is much more secure and
complies with the French Government's
Pool Safety Regulations. We live next door so will be available to help
with any questions etc.
And a shaded picnic area for those
outdoor meals when it is too hot to sit in the sun!
There is a play area for the
children, with swings, slide and rope.
